Title: I need an army, of ... online people...
Post by: phenomenal on January 02, 2008, 03:14:58 PM
seriously i do, i kinda need a bit of help. i ordered a fu*kload of stuff off dealextreme about 4 months ago, i emailed them and now they say its been delivered before to our address so they aint gonna refund us, it was £140 worth of stuff. yet they say it just 'magically' appeared at our front door when their workers just left it in the bin or what not.

If anybody from deal extreme is reading this,  :censored: you

Also does anybody know a way i can get my stuff back or my money back

They completely ripped me off

And im telling the truth, nothing arrived

Do i have a right to sue them? or anything

I dont have much money so i dont think i can sue them

you should have tracking numbers for the items, i ordered 2 things from DX and had no problems, that sucks then, also its royal mail who deliver when it gets to england, so you could try ringing them as they send it recorded delivery

Not DealExtremes fault, stop blaiming them, blaim the postal service, call them up, either it got lost and because of the time it was out there got lost, or it got stolen off your door, someone took it for you and stole it, whatever happened, DealExtreme can't be blaimed for it.

im not sure if it has happened to anyone in london but the postal service never leave stuff at the door especially when someone has to sign for it, or maybe just thats never happened to me, but you can complain if it was Royal Mails fault because they have to take full responsibility for delivering parcels

I have got the tracking numbers, i have everything, yet they refuse it, it didnt get stolen as it would be a case of him putting it through my letter box or if its too big, knock and if nobody is in, they will post a note for me to pick it up from the post office

but shoudnt dealextreme atleast get off their hairy arse and do something. instead of sitting there and leave packages there for months and then throw them away.

Not theri fault, they just sell the stuff, sending and delivering them to your house is a complete different company, also they seem to send the stuff, but hell shipping is free, so don't expect the speed an accuracity of a expensive shipping method.

They aren't responsable for it anymore. If it leaves their place, they can only phone the shipping company and manage a few things, but thats it.

same here, yet i had nothing about the dealextreme stuff anyway

and royal mail put insurance on all their mail. and as dealextreme would have the reference numbers, then they will be able to claim it not me.

lol, that's funny Ra1n, hahaha.....maybe ur right though :dntknw:

I'd contact the postal service, although the company should do something about it.  That's what a responsible owner would do...a good one anyway, not to say that DX has a bad owner/staff!!!
