Pointless. I don`t want to get banned from PSN. Plus... what exactly would anyone want to do to PS3 OFW? Its gr8 as it is.

Linux is good, but modified sony official would be better, look at PSP's, there's your answer =D

PSP's cant run Linux, and cant get banned from the PSN.

Games are also region free already. The PS3 dev kit costs $11000. Cant see this going anywhere. My PS3 cost me too much for me to Ueber Brick it.
