Title: Boot HDD with broken lens ??

Hi all, i was wondering since i own a broken lens PS2 and used to launch games by HD Loader, if there's a way to boot directly the hdd or hd loader without cd nore dvd ??
I mean, i read somewhere, the program can be launch via memorycard, is it true ?
How can I transfer the prog to memorycard ?

ya this would be good to know what kind a memory card is needed and how do you connect it to a pc to put the programs on.

There is a way to do it but I can no longer find the link and it involved putting files on the ps2 memcard somehow :dntknw:

use a action replay max disc.
You can put the files for the "independance exploit" onto a usb flash drive then copy it to the memory card run a ps1 game with the memory card with a hddloader elf on the card and it boots.

Look up more on google, there are loads of tuts  :victory:

Cause if it's a disc, i cannot play it on my PS2, cause the lens is broken  :cry2:
