Yep, under the WiFi board

The PSP has 32mb memory. the PSP slim has 64mb.

That has absolutly nothing to do with the topic...

if you mean u wanna make internal cam then yea but you have to dissassemble the go!cam to fit where the umd drive is if you remove it

yeah a internal mod but i can put the guts on the bottom of the wifi/memory card board and glue the mic on top of the psp and the camera ill just drill a hole and glue it on there.

Can you mount the go cam on the right of the umd drive on the memory card side or is their no room for it to fit.

does the camera have to be conected to the board or can they be spread apart to make them fit on the right.

im going to put the go cams guts there where the little metal thing is and i am going to spread out the guts. going to put the lens on the bottom of the infra red black tab. I dont think that little metal piece of metal is important so im going to leave it out.then i will wire it through the metal case that separates the mother board and the umd drive and connect it to the usb pins.

edhel said theres enough room for it  so it wont be a problem.

Of course not. Don't be daft. It takes about four hundred and thirty posts to get into the 100 post club.

great if it works that means you do not have to give up the umd drive to install the go cam. hope it works.
wonder what that metal piece is for.
can you mount two cams on it the front for skype then one in the back for pictures. that would be great. mabey share the guts and add a switch to switch between them. you can add a switch on the side above the memory stick slot?

Ya i might once the hybird mod has been done to add a battrie and a HDD.
but other then that i would not remove the umd drive.

i agree with game king, i dont see much use in removing the umd drive unless you just dont use it, personally ill buy the games, sit them in the corner of my bedroom, and get the backups onto my hard drive, that way i dont have to worry about lugging around the umds lol.

the hdd is the only reason i could think of to really need to remove the umd drive, honestly, the hdd mod is what attracted me over here, lol so yea, im a newb, *shrugs*

im hoping to install the hdd mod, and a bluetooth adapter, but i doubt ill be able to do that with even a phat psp  :cry2: but that would be totally kick :censored: to have both  :dribble:

sorry, im rambling, i should address these things elsewhere, but yea, it seems that spreadout there should be plenty of room for the guts, i dunno about adding a cam to the front though....

the same here i was drawn here for the HDD mod as well. I herd you had to have a 100 post to  get the tut. But check the HDD mod form ppl are getting itchy to figure out how to do it and are figuring it out a little or at least the main idea.

but once i hit 60 post i herd they canceled that club and went back to the old way were you have to be invited to a special club.

But back on the cam and space topic you maybe right their is not too much room for a cam in the front but i may be possible to fit it in their some where.
I may try it once i herd that the hybird mod will work and all. then i could add the cam in the from and in the back with no trouble.

i dunno how this will all fit together, honestly im wanting to put my ipod hdd into my psp.

hopefully someone soon will tell us how to do this, i would figure i out myself, but im not quite comfortable enough with experimenting with what little i have. if i had a spare psp or something i would def. tinker with it.

i just stripped a nyko psp stereo experience system apart and found a 3200 mah battery running 3.7v through it, so i might use it as an alternative power supply. maybe i can straight wire it into my other battery and make a dual battery somehow? i dunno, i know i can do that though.

and what IS the hybrid mod? that gx2l with a psp thing right? i dunno what to think of that honestly.

hey stay on topic.

and to answer you question about the hybird read the post it will answer all you questions. Adding a touch screen as well as giving the capibility to improve the HDD mod and add a flash drive. The HDD you would have to impliment the original one over. The gx2l has linux runnig on it so thier is many ways to add programs of any kind that you can develop. Hint adding USBHOSTfs. no need for ipod.

oops i think i went off topic.

ah, my bad :( i see, that makes sense, dont think i really want to do all that, if anything i could add a lil space in my own psp by removing the umd drive, then raising the height on the  the umd door its self, it would close proberly, nor be very aesteticly pleasing, but i dont care, i would have a 120GB hard drive without power loss, have your pretty stuff, ill have all my music/vids :D
