First of, i bet they sell talkman at ebay, so you probably can get it in north america
and the "lazy ppl" over at sony does not make skype for the phat because of little space on the psp's nand,
the phats best hope is a special custom firmware hybrid of the slims and phats xmb that has the skype module on the memory stick...
or maybe an eboot.... well have to wait and see, dont hold your breath, might not ever come
