Title: Help!!!bluetooth internet not working pls help!

ok so i just got my new bluetooth dongle
i follow the tutorial on this site but when i try to get the ping it says cant find host,when i goto the web brower it says the url cannot be found when i no the url is right.

so can anyone help pls

May i have the name of the dongle, sometimes the dongles arent able to support internet and only some basic things.
