Title: Bricked PSP; flash 0 deleted
Post by: Mz8691 on January 22, 2008, 10:02:32 PM
well, this is my first time ever bricking my PSP, i have been lucky for 4 years now. and now my lovely PSP Phat unit is bricked. this is how it happened, it was like 4 in the morning i was very sleepy but i couldnt resist the new Windows Media Center Theme for 3.71 m33, and i turn on the recover menu > advance > flash 0 usb, and i copy over the vsh files and font and as soon as i click over right all my psp died (i guess i wasnt paying attention to the battery :( ) and i quicky run to the AC cord to power it back on, i hold R nothing happens! its bricked, gone!...it powers on the green light for like 20 secs with a black screen and the unit then shuts off. i do not have a pandora battery or a magic memory stick, i looked on ebay for one but they are too high right now, i am  at a hard time right now with other stuff like bills. $80 for a pandoras battery+mem, cant rly afford it now. so im out of luck i guess :( i am sad, I used my PSP for everything, MP3s,Movies,games,hacks,emulators,web,and Photos :(. i sold my other PSP for bills. i have no clue what to do, i read online about how to make a pandoras battery without a PSP. but i seen that i need a PSP for the magic memory stick :(..i opend my PSP battery for nothing i guess. :cry2:

if there is any thing i can do to save my psp for a low cost i would truly be greatful. is there like a service? i cant afford the whole battery now. like for $15-20.
 :dntknw:
Please and thank you for reading my problem!  :winker:

You could make one without a psp. You can use the pandora GUI by Mr dude. Just use a card reader and plug into computer. It copies all the files for you. (This makes the pandora that downgrades to 1.50) Open your battery and desolder the pin. When you are done, resolder the pin.

Wrong Section. Should be in PSP Software.
