i have a nintendo ds how to you mod it so you can play backed up games on it ???

you don't mod it to do that you get a flash cart or pixie dust

You can't really do that, there is an actual device used to put your nds games into a slot that connects to the computer and makes a back up save of it, just in case you lose the save, and I hope you really mean Back up games and not games illegally downloaded on the net, because AM is against that just to let you know :P
