I'm in the states and I love to do Parkour, it's so fun lol. Even though I can't manage to do backflips and such I can still do many other things. My location also helps out because theres many things i can climb, jump on to, tic-tac etc...

Heh Parkour got me arrested :P, heh we went too far and was free running INSIDE my school XD. Anyway it's fun to start, it's like an extreme way of saying you're playing in the streets lol. Big tip to give for anybody starting, look at every wall, pole, and piece of object you see in the street in a different view. Walls are meant to be unclimbable unless made for it but thats what you're here to find out. Many brick walls can be 2 stepped easily, and poles are perfect for sliding or even climbing up. Even rails are good for balance tricks and hanging on to when you think you're falling to the floor. Since I got my new camera, if I go through court alive, I'm going to go freerun LEGALLY with my friends and make some vids of us trying our own stuff.

Me and my friends tried some but theres not a lot of places to do it here, we found a good spot at the run down millitary forts where theres heaps of huge rocks gaps and old buldings with no roofs :P
dang this is freaking scary i can't really imagine myself doing this theres probably alot of people who got hurt doing this
yeh people do get hurt my friend had to get an ambulenct to the hospital and have surgery on his sholder as he was trying a new move and failed and poped his sholder out of its socket and broke something else in his sholder i think. it was funny to see the video of him wiping out or whatever its called but he never put it up on the youtube

good quality shoes, my ones are worn down the soles from squash and i slipped on a rock doing a wall run, got away with a scab on my knee so it was all good :w00t:
also make sure your ankle tendons/muscles are felxible so stretch them or you wont be abel to build decent momentum without hurting yourself.
