Title: SOCOM Mic?

Post by: Korlithiel on February 03, 2008, 03:30:27 PM: I know that there are several home made MIC's that have been made and I know that the SOCOM MIC works with Talkman instead of just using the USB one meant for it.

So I imagine that it is more then possible to make your own MIC.

Post by: Maximize on February 03, 2008, 04:37:45 PM: I have read that the talkman mic works with socom, and the socom mic does work with talkman game. if you have the remote you could wire in another headset, someone posted the other day that the jack top to bottom is left audio, right, ground, mic. or when you look at the bottom of the psp face up, the top left pin is mic input, and the top middle is ground

Post by: Maximize on February 04, 2008, 04:23:53 AM: yeah I needed a microphone in a pinch. so I plugged in a set of earbuds into my computer, and it works, but I had to speak kinda loud for it to come out sounding normal.
