Title: How do I install these on 3.80? portals...

well there for offcial firmware (have my slim on offcial)

well im guessing most of them will have instructions in the zip files so i would download them and read the instructions

usually for portals you'll just need to put them on your memstick then open web browser... type something like this (not sure if it is entirely accurate) ms0//:psp/(address) or file//:psp/(address)/      not sure but you can check at psp-hacks.com!! :tup:

majority of them go into the common file and you would type into the webbrowser, "psp:file/common/[insert file name here]/[insert file name here]index.htm" but without the quotes n'att if done correctly most of them should be like that
