This is from a Chinese source.

1) 2.5" TFT screen: 260,000 true colors
2) Video function:
a) Used for broadcasting network movies
b) Supports MPEG-4 of ASF format or ASF transformed through conversion software
c) Playing effect: 320 x 240 at 30f/s
3) Audio function: Supports MP3, WMA, WAV audio format
4) Photo browsing function:
a) Can browse photos of diversified digital cameras
b) Supports EXIF2.1
5) Record function:
a) AV out: Supports NTSC/PAL
b) Built-in microphone recording
c) Built-in digital camera (2M pixel)
d) AV in: video record from TV, DVD, supports timing recording function
e) Line in: record from other audio devices via line-in cable
6) Games function: supports more than 1000 games, the user may download
the game directly from the internet (network game with NES format)

after reading it some more it just looks like the spec form one of those random chinese handhelds that just run emulators etc although some are actually quite good
