okay since these aren't available in the good ol' USA  which is best for my usa psp.  Does the japanese version (which I believe is NTSC) have an available english text?   SOooooooo the euro Go cam is PAL right? is this compatible with my USA psp? 

these questions com with my new slim picked up several days ago?

so please forgive me as I am trying to figure the best plan for my psp/skype...

as far as i know the jap and euro cams are exactly the sameso it doesnt matter which u buy just go for the cheapest

Both are the same.Both are PAL.
By the way, NTSC is the US, PAL is places like Japan and Europe)

yes japan and most of north america are on NTSC
