took me 2-3 months and alot of searching for parts but here it is....
uv lighting and fan is powered by my old 12v netgear router plug so theres no chance of getting banned b/c m$ cant detect my mods. i couldnt get a clear window for my drive cuz its a benq...but it still looks awesome... :dribble:

this is awesome ndrew i love your mods they r so cool!i like the way its not like the usual lightning blue theme like most others,the uv gives it personality and ppl will remember it cos it aint like evry other one on the site,get some pics in the dark and put some white peper undr it it looks so cool dats what i did with the uv cold cathode under my xbox

wohwohwoh wait one minute mcsft ban you for adding fans. surely that is not alowed and is illegal as your modifications are legal and not illegal mods to bypass there copyright systems.
and that is a very nice 360 i like the UV

ill have to take some more detailed pics b/c you cant really see all the detail. the case has 5x 4" uv cold cathodes that light it up nicely.all the wiring was made out of uv reactive wire sheathed in uv reactive heatshrink and some of the wires came pre-sheathed uv reactive.
p.s. ryan-o the second pic was taken in the dark....thats just how bright it glows..... :tup:

any1 know where these plugs came from??? theres also a rocker switch to turn the lighting off.

the inverters for my blacklights are hiding behind my dvd drive...

compare the blacklight bulb(only the purple/black part..not the acrylic shell) to a piece of 28awg wire

the stripped inverter. i also removed the plugs and soldered my wires directly to the pcb to save space.

here ya go!i think i used a controller w/ a bad b button tho so im gonna have to change the guts again but here it is.
o yeah i forgot i couldnt find a voltage spot that turned on when i turned the controller on so i wired it to the constant supply and added a switch...

Looks cool dude! I bet you had alot of fun trying to stuff it all in there and put it together. I know when I did my controller mod, that was the worst part... :tup:

actually it was pretty easy except for figuring out what needed to be cut for the wore to fit around. the inverter was small enuff to mount under the rumble motor on the right side. epoxied that in ran my wire and put it back together. wasnt too hard but it looks nice.
p.s. the el wire is angel hair el wire. its about 1-1.5mm thick. and yes i knoe every1 is tired of seein blue but its the only color i had... :cool:
p.s.s. el wire and 1.5v inverters were purchased from here if you want to try your own mods...

Is It possible for MS to band u if u mod ur xbox ?

Its only possible if you add something that will drain power. If you just put a window in it you wouldnt get banned. Its all to do with power consumption...
