Title: Refillable VISA Credit Cards in USA HELP! If you know something about it.

Hey, so im going to buy some stuff off people in AcidMods, and i have a paypal with no bank account or credit card. So im out of luck, right?

But ive seen these refillable visa cards at my liquor store/convenience shop.

I want to know, if i can like put $20 on one of these cards, and put that to my paypal so i can buy stuff?

well i did have a visa bux card when i went to Europe...
like a normal card but wouldnt let me buy stuff when i came low on funds

Those work fine, BUT only get the reloadable one if you can afford a small monthly fee.  Personally, I'd go with the pre set value giftcards.  It's what I do all the time.

The giftcards charge a fee as well after about six months I think. As long as you use all the money on the card it's no problem.

The reloadable cards generally charge a $5 a month service fee and $5 to add more money to the card as well. I tried it before and didn't like it, for me it was just cheaper to get a checking account.

use a 3v card its a topup card just got one works great no bank needed
