Post by: rhcp28 on February 12, 2008, 07:08:38 PM
I am thinking about putting homebrew on my psp but after doin a lot of research, i have a major question.

Is it possible to create a pandora batery with ONE 3.80 (sony) firmwar fat psp, istead of one regular and one homebrew?
If so how?
Thanks

Just don't hold the soldering iron/gun down on the board to long.

I also posted a quick tutorial on the original post here (http://"https://www.acidmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=15312.0").

yeah, ususally if youi dont hold the soldering iron to the board then all should go well, unless you do something wrong (cut wrong pin, hold soldering iron down, etc) but if you do it right it should work

just to make sure, does it explode if you hit the 5 and 6?
and i read that if you unhook one of the latches on the bottom, it will cut power and prevent it from blowin up, how would you do that?

All you need to worry about is pin 5. Put a piece of paper inbetween the pins if you are worried.

Go to [url]www.dark-alex.org[/url/ and go down to the kernal section. Pick the one for your firmware and downloaded it. Put the file inside (Called 150K_Installer or something) the GAME folder. Then download the 1.50 Update and put that in the Root of the memory stick (If you go to My Computer, it will show up as Removible Drive X:, X is the letter of the removible drive. Just double click on that icon and put the update in there.) Run the installer and your set. Pluggins are just software. Any software that requires you to put something in the sequrae (Something like that) folder makes you turn it on in Recovery Mode => Pluggins.

Try going from 3.52-4 to 3.71-2. Then go to 3.9-2.
