everyone knos what psp portals are well i rekon someone smart and has the time to to make like portal games such as super mario =]

What, you mean flash games? Just download a flash game to your PSP and type in the adress in the PSP's url.

and people wont bother making flash portals, there is porgrams for the psp that will let you play the actual super mario, not some rubish port.
