Title: How to use this meter...

Hi, i have a electric meter thingy. This is one thing i never got taught to use. How do i use it to measure the voltage on 2 points on a Circuit board. The two points are the right points for my task, i just need to know what setting i use on my meter.

you stick the sticks to the points on a pcb or powerpoint
