i have a screen that has a red line running down and im wondering is it fixable?

could be stuck pixles these are fixable with a stuck pixel fixer, i think you can download one with pspiphone app.

i googled it and it came up with  bunch off apps i tried them all nothing work i guess i have a bad transistor in the screen.
