Title: HELP!!! on my art (NEED REASPONSE)!!!!!!!!!!

ok i kinda need help since im new to this kinda art =] but anyways i want to kno how i can get the light tranprent grey lines on my deafult and stuff i dont know how to do that is a overlay pic? is it a setting i have no ideaa by the way im using photoshop cs3 and adobe fireworks cs3.... please help me out by telling me how do it?

no need for the double post, I'm not sure exactly what your question is, but keep in mind this...

You post in my time started at February 19, 2008, 02:21:29 am, thats when the American's are sleeping and the Europeans are getting up for school/work.

I made his picture, and that sig of his (the one on top)

Its just a pattern.
