Title: I have a $1000 CPU

My dad works for intel, so he got the new CPU's they're coming out with...QUAD CORE 12 MB CACHE!!!!!!!  He says it's basically Xtreme....so I'm all set!!!!!

souns good so now all you have to do is overclock then you will be set for the next few months becuase as soon as you get the best one they bring out a new 1 lol

along those lines, im never to crazy about new processors. i perfer to use the tried and true they tend to be more stable. plus it 3 months its price has dropped considerably

Now, you'll need a $500 Mobo to get any performance increase over a $350 one.

LOL was just thinking along the same lines...
kind of like the woman with a 40 gigabit connection to the internet but a regular gigbit network for the computer...

um....my Sony 8.1 Megapixel DIGITAL camera won't take good close up pics so u can't see the lettering on the CPU that says it's the Extreme >.<....I need help on figuring out how to make it do that!!!

look for a button that looks like a mountain and a flower, then set it up for flower (close up shot function)

Yeah, turn the Macro (Flower Icon) On, it makes the focus range shorter.

If that doesnt work, get far enough away so it has focused, then zoom in.
