Title: 188k ohms 22k ohms ?

do resistors have to face a certin way to work because i just put a 10 ohm resistor on my 603 wired to a lm386 and it dose absoloutly nothong so what do i do ? or is my restistor too weak to have my leds off with no sound or slighly light and super bright with sound on a lm386 ?


also i have a internal speaker and want to amplyfy it because i know it can go way louder but the lm386 just distorts the sounddose someone know a better amplyfyer

doe anyone know what resistor typicly goes on a 603 powered by a lm386? plz im about to go to radio shack?

Actually, no resistor is used from the lm386 to the 603 leds, however as DUKE said a 191k ohm resistor and a 30k ohm resistor are put on the positive and negative inputs (wires from speaker) of the lm386 chip respectively.

ok they didnt have any of the resistors that you said at radio shack where can i get them?

i did buy some 100k ohm resistors  and some 22k ohm resistors closest ones they had

if i put 2 100kohm resistors and a 22k ohm resistor instead of the 191k and 30k will i get the same results maybe a little dimer or something?

to anwser your first question i think all resistors can go both ways round.

ok so i put 188k ohms of resistance with a 100kohm resistor and four 22k ohm resistors on the positive input pin on the lm386 and one 22k ohm resistor on the input negitive pin and when i turn my psp on the leds light up to full brightness then go off  but when i play music not the slightest flicker why what is wrong? where do i ght those resistors any stors cary them

dose anyone have a suggestion on a different resistor set up i cant find 191k oms and 30 k ohm but i have 100k ohm sand 22 k ohm and 10 ohm
