Title: JUST GOT MY PS3.
Post by: lilcrzytimmy on March 28, 2008, 09:05:43 PM: well, i foudn a ps3 on craigslist and the guy said that he got it as a chirstmas gift. he recieved the one with no spidy man which i think is not true, since that didnt happen till febuary. is there a way to determine wether your ps3 is the one with the spiderman pack or the core by looking at the model number, serial number? o and yea, i cant look at the box cuz he doesnt have it. ...

also, is there a way to decode the serial number to see when it was made.

EDIT: nvm. i got it and WOOOT. hehe. its in mint condition. ( i bought a halogen lamp with me to see if there is any damage, and NO DAMAGE. ) wait till you hear the price, i originally was gonna buy it for 300, but when i looked around the fcc number, i notice a manufactuerer's date, and said nov. so i proved him wrong that he did get the spidyman luray, and got the price dropped down to 270. WOW. well now i need warranty, just in case.

Speak for yourself, I've got the Beta of home since it came out, i've clocked maybe less than an hour in the months i've had it. It's really nothing but a place to launch games.

aww dont go ruining my excitement. haha. but itsjust the beya, wait till the full version comes out. cusomizing your home, play pool. hmm, im sure they will do more with home.
