Hello. I felt the need for the TuT as the original thread is now gone. Can anyone repost/remake it with pictures & detail instructions? If anyone have the time for me, thanks. :clap:

Do you need to use the official Sony battery or can you use a fake one.
I dont have a spare so was just going to buy a cheap one off ebay.
Do you also think that this is a good mod to start off with. I havent done any before and thought this look easy and would be something I would use. :confused:

No, you do not need an official battery, just one that works with the PSP

Is it safe to use 3xx batteries as this produces 4.5v/4v(as seen in your vid) when the normal battery has 3.6v? :dntknw:

Would it not be better to add a resistor to the circuit to make the voltage less?
