Title: resistor help

i am going to do the sound reactive mod and i dont really have a clue what 191k-ohm and 30k-ohm is.
the only resistors i can et my hands on are these http://www.peats.com/cgi-bin/catalog.cgi?view_product=1&id=1566 (http://www.peats.com/cgi-bin/catalog.cgi?view_product=1&id=1566).

could someone please tell me which ones to get for this mod because i dont have a clue

and for some reason i can't find the 30k ohms anymore on that site  :confused: they must have discontinued them.

which 30k do i get ??
RCD Carbon Film Resistor 30K Ohms, 1/8W, 5%.
 or
RCD Carbon Film Resistor, 30K Ohms, 1/4W, 5%, T&R
