Title: help me connect my 360 to internet

first of all, ive done this stuff before, just with my ps3, and all my other stuff it was really easy.  i bought a 360 2 days ago and it has to be the stupidest one out there or something. it it wont work with my route or modem and there site said the 360 supported them. so then i tryed to bypass it throught my pc, but it would work for a second then stop. does anyone have any good ideas on how i can set this up? thanks

Thats a really odd problem. Try using a different ethernet wire, that may be the problem...

or disconect the power supply from the modem then plug it back in then plug you 360 to the modem.
