hey everyone
i did the stereo sound mod and i was wondering would using 30k and 150k resistors make a difference? also when hooking up leds to the chip do i need resistors? thanks for your help

30k and 150k will work. However your leds may not last as long. (may burn out) I have heard of people doing the sound mod with the IC chip and not using any resistors at all. Asside from the resistors on the input pins on the IC, no other resistors are needed.

would the 33k & 191k make a difference?
why wont leds last as long

yes you should have 2 lm386 if its a stero sound mod and the reson your leds wont last long with a smaller Ohm resistor is because you will be pumping more voltage than they are comftable handling, and may cause them to burn out.
