Title: need help... where to get resistors

where can i get resistors? 191k-ohm and 30k-ohm. radio shack doesnt have them. and i cant find them online. please help. i need a site that sells them. and what is 1/8 w 1/4 w mean? is that the size? please help thankyou please be specific in which one to get also i dont know.

Goto mouser.com. it's where i found them and a few people from here use them too. buy a few so if you make a mistake, you'll have spares to carry on later.
