Hey everyone, I'm new to this website and all, but a little fimilliar with a few mods.. Well, not really. I was wondering if I could Boot the 3.71 M33 CUSTOM FIRMWIRE, onto my PSP that has a 3.72 FIRMWIRE. If so, will there be any problems that I should be worried about?
:censored: No talking of ISO's here

this belongs in software section...
but no you cant. all m33 firmwares can do that, the latest is 3.90m33-3 i believe?
to get custom on it tho you will require a pandoras battery and mem.

Opps, sorry Nemisis. I didn't know. Ok, so I can't run 3.71 M33 on my PSP?
-
yeah you can run it on your psp
youd need to use a "Pandora battery" to do it though
check out the section for info on it

Ok,couldn't I just update to 3.90 M33 instead? Sorry to change the subject. I just found the 3.90 M33. My slim psp is version 3.72
My question now is:
1) What is required to do the 3.90 M33 mod(i.e. like pandora battery, etc.)
2) Could the 3.90 M33 work on a SLIM psp?
3) What are the odds of bricking my psp?
Thanks for being patient with me everyone. and sorry Nemisis. I forgot to read the rules update.

1 psp magic mem stick and pandora batt
2 yes 3.90 m22 works on slim
3 odds are slim if you pay attention to what your doing, but if you have pandora and mms brick away,it can be fixed
and it is always a good idea to back up your flash0 files just incase.

ROFL
It's quite simple actually, borrow a friends hacked PSP to make a Pandora's battery and magic memory stick then just put the memory stick in your new PSP, then finally put in the battery, put the AC adapter in at this point, now press X, wait three seconds, pull the AC adapter out, wait for your PSP to turn off, then put the original battery and memory stick in and download whatever custom firmware you wish to upgrade to :D
