Title: Solder directly to the D-Pad or the L and R Triggers!

But U can solder directly to them without having to solder wires to the Motherboard and risking damaging it.
The reason it is better to do this is because the D-Pad:

Or the R Trigger wire on the Circuit Board:

Are cheaper to replace then a Motherboard if something goes wrong.

I did this when doing the PSP Nunchucks [Wii Nunchucks PROJECT!].

oh i know how to do the triangle, square etc.. but i cant really see how u did the R button its hard to make out a little..but are planning to wire this as well..

The "L" shaped lines is where U need to solder the wire.

Only solder to the vertical line.
Don't solder to the horizontal line, because if U burn off the conection the R button will no longer work.

It does, but it doesn't matter if U do it right.
Because there is more then 1 contact there. :yess:
