if i have the psp sound mod can i use it on leds in a xbox? so the leds in my xbox would go off every time you make noise

yes but i assume you would need to find what controls the sound. as in the cable taht leads to you tv...

You could adapt the PSP sound reactive mod to the Xbox by wiring LED's with a few Resistors to the speakers and see if they work.
