Title: Mods for ps2 slim?
Post by: bandball50 on April 29, 2008, 09:22:43 AM
How do you mod Guitar Hero 3 for PS2? I know how to do it for GH2 but someone on youtube said that you can get a HDD for the PS2 (USB). I also wanna to know what the best mod chip is for the PSTwo (SLIM). Ive seen a lot of them but the description means nothing to me. Please help.

Few things:
Don't mention the word mod chips. They are illegal so no one can talk about getting them or anything here in the forum.
Second, welcome to Acidmods :D.
Third, there should be a link to a mod done with the GH controller, but it was a huge project, I think that was done by Cyberprot.
If the program in the slim is similar to phat where they didnt  really change it so that if somehow an HDD was connected, it would accept it, then some rewiring can be done to just have it there and outside the ps2, or even rewire through a usb port.
