i was on mouser and i saw this "Efficiently dissipates heat to provide superior thermal management and consistent light output."
heres teh link http://www.mouser.com/search/refine.aspx?Ntk=P_MarCom&Ntt=119308079&utm_source=home&utm_medium=new+products&utm_campaign=119308079 (http://www.mouser.com/search/refine.aspx?Ntk=P_MarCom&Ntt=119308079&utm_source=home&utm_medium=new+products&utm_campaign=119308079)
so is this like a led with a resiter in it? couase like wen u put to much volts on s led it gets hot and the solder comes off, but if u put a resister there the heat goes away so this is a resister in a led?
-
When you put to much volts to a led you blow it, it doesn't melt the solder...
And, not sure. Doesn't sound like it.
-
well wen i put 5vlts on a 0603 led, the led color (which is blue) gets like dim then the solder melts cuz the led gets too hot, but i can reuse the led.
-
Then your led can handle more then 5v. There's 0603s out there that do that..and I've NEVER heard of solder melting from an led.

im not sure if im explaining it right.. or you dont get it lol
ok what i mean is like the wire is on there then its like a soldering iron from all the heat and the solder comes off. like one second its on then its off (the wire)
