you try to buy something on itunes when u dont have enough money it either gets billed on ur credit card or it builds up once i had to $75 by accident cliks etc. i was so pissed

That happens to me too. It sucks -_- you don't have to pay it if you don't have a cc added though.

cant you set it to use a cart based system and not a click to buy? as thats what i have for my itune on my mac
