Title: PSP Slims's L button Constantly held down

My PSP Slim's L Shoulder button is constantly been held down, it not a problem with the button its self but the circuitry. I've taken it all apart and it still happens when the D-Pad Ribbons cable is plugged in. How can I fix this?

try gettin a new ribbon cable. maybe dx has some. if not have u soldered near there? ther might be some solder contacting it at the pins.

I ordered one as soon as I got the problem because there only $3.13, I was just wondering if any one has had any experiences with a problem like this one

This Same Thing Happen to Me and I just started tos smack the side tell it stoped sticking  :tup:

i spilled beer on mine and i had to cut the actual plastic apart at the seems and clean the contacts for the button itself
