well when i got to rugby leuge or play a game for my school or out of school i get really sore feat ankles and calf muslces ... it really hurts :cry2: what does it mean..
it only hurts when im running alot.. like when i go to waterpolo training they dont hurt :nono:
but i really want to kno what this means
... o this may affect this i wear orthitics

it sounds like shin splints, i had those for a while
my solution was new running shoes
you see, for shin splints, you're not getting enough support in your feet, so the tendon becomes inflamed which causes the muscle to take the pressure sustained from running when you hit the gound and transfers it by tightening around your shinbone
get better shoes (in turn, support so that does not happen)

for your ankles you could be growing, few years back myn used to hurt alot so we went to physio and he said he just from growing..

im pretty surer its wat noah sed coz my football boats are really thin and have no souls.
