Title: my ps2 analog mod :D
Post by: ryan0 on May 22, 2008, 02:41:20 PM: ryan0/ryan dardis here,i pieced this psp together from parts in a box in my bedroom only to find that i didnt have any analog nubs left,so i decided to do a mod that we havent seen much of lately,a ps2 analog mod,took me 40 minutes and now i have 2 working psps :D,i can remember when this mod came out and its one of the mods that got me into modding,i did it more for nostalgia rather than show-off potential (but it still means i now have 2 psp's :) ),theres alot of space where i removed the psp analog nub,means space for a new mod ;) (cant tell you yet...mainly because i dont know either....lol),anyways i havent seen any of these on the forums in a while and thought it would be cool to share my mod with you guys,i know it aint removable but seeing as how im using the space free'd up by removing the nub i might as well hot glue it on there because its not like i can control the thing with my mind,thanks to all the cool ass members of acidmods,when i joined i was 14 and didnt know sh*t bout electronics or modding and now i'm 15 (since tuesday) all you guys helped me learn alot about both and for that i am super thankful :D
(btw i know the analog looks kinda weird but thats because i only filed down one side of the cap,in reality its perfectly straight and looks great :) )
