I've got an ATV as well, probably trading it in though because I have a motorcycle for college...
-
yeah but i dont get as much of a thrill from atvs, compare this with some cars, it has about 400 bhp per tonne in a go kart, and that is scary!!
fun too...

Well if you look at it that way my ATV has 450 BHP per ton, and don't forget to add the rider weight
After I sit on it it goes down to 320 HP
besides it hurts a lot more landing a 50 foot double on a go cart than it does an atv
-
yea who teh hell wants to hurt ur ass
and i think with teh right atvs u can have way more fun
the last time we had our big frezze over(it was big ice all over the road and snow aswell) i hopped on my friends atv and we just rode the streets(no car in there right mind would drive)

go karts are way cooler than atv's!!!
i have a JICA,i was buying a motorbike at the time and the dude asked me if i wanted to buy a go kart and it was covered in bird :censored: so i picked it up for 80 euro (120 dollars) (the motorbike cost me 500),required some cleaning, found out its worth over 900 euro's!!!!!!!!its uber fast and lightweight and i've spent about 500 euro on parts for it,air filter, carburetta, tyres, pistons, head gaskets etc.
will be buying rotax during the summer when i have the money,i live about half a mile from a go kart track so i just drive my kart down to it

Why would you say ATV's aren't as cool? They go off road and doesn't afraid of anything! (LOL ZOOMJAP)
But seriously, theres not much better than a day at the track (hitting jumps, not big circles) or flying through the woods at 50+ MPH
Also, I can change the sprocket on mine to accelerate to 70-80 MPH in 5-6 seconds or highway gearing to go up to 120+ (haven't topped it out because I don't have enough strait roads)
-
oh man reaper id love to do that here(topout) because i know a road thats about 2 to 3 miles long no stop lifghst no lights just straight road adn no one realy ever uses it

Well there is a strait road, but it takes a few minutes to get there and it takes all of 15 seconds to go the half mile length that it is... and 2-3 miles at 120+ is about a minute or two

ATV :hifive:
Dang, ATV has been the socially accepted word meaning "quad". There are alot of different ATV's, there is quads, motorcycles, and even it it has the right tires and suspension, probably a go-kart too. Its just kinda wierd i think. ATV stands for all terrain vehicle.

The common term arounf where I live is 4-wheeler, and if you say quad you usually get the crap beaten out of you for being from NYC or New Jersey
-
but on a senoir kart (my dads and my bros) you can get 130 out of it if you gear it up right, and in something that big its phenomanol.
my junior can get to about 50 down a 200 m straight..

i wished i had a gokart! i want a mini bike though  i have protection too so i dare you to try to jack me. youll get TAZED MOFO! :boxed:
