ya the get me so mad sometimes i just want to go into a fit of RAGE :angry:
they a so small and hard to solder and i lost them all the time....sigh....i just finished testing the leds i put in the triggers and in the /\ [] O X i made it so the power led was wired to the /\ [] O X i turn it on it was like the most brights mod ive done then i put the psp back together and turn it on an NOTHING WORKS RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEE :angry:

i know how ya feel man i get everything working and i put my psp together and BAM a short somewhere all LED's are out and and left saying WTF! I think sometime my psp is cursedi have taken it apart and puttin it back together so many times is drives me nuts.

I wish they had solder in a tube so it would make things so much easier....Or do they... :eyebrow:

I find soldering SMD easy, I normally make a good solder connection first go but I sat their for 4 hours every day for 3 months practicing. That was an ordeal.... but it turned out for the best.

solder them are easy for me to its just getting no shorts is the trick, my problem was is that i used magnet wire and some of the enemal wore off on like five spots and i keep getting shorts so i had to replace it all with kynar wire

lol welcome to modding kiddies lol
but what i have learneds is to use krazy glue on my solder points (not where i solder them to to get power becuase unsoldering them is such a pain in mya ss its not funny)
but yea as u add stuff back into ur psp, i.e. motherboard powerboard check the leds periodicaly and when it shorts u knwo whats doing what so u have a better idea what to look for that could be shorting it. i learned to put electrical tape on the back of my lcd cage where wires might touch lol
