Hello everyone. I'm 16 and am gonna try to start modding my PSP  :wacko:
Have you any suggestions on which mod to do first. I was thinking on the 3 AAA battery one.
What size screwdriver do you need? I've looked at many sites, some say 00 and some say 000 or do I need both
I'm from the UK and welcome any advice on where I can get some. Can't pay by card or anything only by PayPal.

Welcome! I would suggest doing the trigger mod if you have some soldering expierence

Yep the forgotten usb mod, its the easiest you should try it

thanks for the replies,
does that USB mod work with the original psp coz I didn't think you could charge it up by USB, thought it was just the slim,
looks very easy though

ok I'll look out for a 000 screwdriver.
just looked at the USB charger mod and to make it work you have to do another mod which looks a bit tricky :help:

are you talking about the mod where you create a charger 4 the psp with your regular ac charger and a mini usb cable if so it dont look that hard 2 me

Yeah that one. But to get it to charge my phat psp, there's a tut which lets you charge to psp via USB. U need to do something to the insides of it and that bit looks tricky

nah it aint its just cutting wires and soldering them it aint 2 hard but if your not sure do some practice first

Its not hard if you know how to solder. Just a wire connect it here and there and you're done :victory:

Thinking of getting these. They have 00 and 000 as well as others so they should be alright.

I'd be looking to buy a screwdriver set which contains various screw head's, because in future mod's you sometimes need to use odd screw's. I've brought a really good set and I've never come across a screw that I couldn't get undone
