I gots a on repairable semi brick D:
I just got my PSP flash fixed by my mate (because it wouldn't update), He put it on 3.90 M33, I update it to M33-3 and create a flash backup when I got home.
I try and install ShmilK's Sexy new theme and everything was f*cked up... The Icons apear overlapping in the stock place rather than at the bottom. I think stuff it new theme. Copy the flash backup back to my PSP.
I end up with a semi brick with no USB support.
I can't create a pandora because I only have Vista based PCs in my house. Any ideas?

cant you even get into recovery?

i think there is a program that you can use on vista to create mms. im dualbooting vista and xp incase that ever happens to me. google and see if you can find anything

The only thing I can think of is to see if your mate can help you make a Pandora batt.

thats why u should use CXMB plugin which allows u to apply custom themes without messing with your flash0.

were is the fun in that that is stupid i hate CXMB it has too many flaws. plus when you flash you never know what it is going to happen. and most of the themes i put on my psp i modify to my liking moving adding menu items so it is eiser to flash them CXMB.

This should be in either the Pandora or the Software forum. I'd rather flash the theme files than use CXMB

I'm gonna buy a memorystick and pandora battery from DX then... I'll get one of my XP friends to convert the memory stick for me...

WAIT! Can you get online with your psp still? Or launch homebrew? If you can do both of those still, you can create a magic stick and battery with just your psp, no pc intervention. This is what you need on there if you can get online

i had the same problem as you i jus put my mem stick into my computer card reader an placed the recovery files found on google an thats it i went to recovery mode an ran it its simple or you can use ur friends psp an have him put the files on ur mem stick with his psp via usb

Thanks for the link but my only PSP is bricked XD. I can't access the XMB to create the pandora. :S
I will try and steal a mates...
