Whats better for casual gaming?

Athlon XP 2Ghz OR Intel Celeron 2.26Ghz OR Pentium 4 3Ghz

I think that for "casual gaming" I would go with athlon x2 and have it well cooled and overclock it.

Those are all old single core processors and don't run newer games well.

For casual gaming , I would go for a cheap dual core, which will out weigh those CPU's

Intel E2160 if your motherboard can support it, costs about $70 US and is overclockable to 3 GHz easily.

Phen, I'm guessing you have, or can get these for super cheap, as they're not the kinda thing you buy these days, getting a C2D pentium 4 for £50 will be better, but mobo price will increase

Yeah, im a sad cheap mofo

and yeah i have alll these parts, dont have any money, and i just play games like counter strike source, garrys mod, portal, basically all the 'weak but totally awesome' games
