I'd like to wire up a speaker to my psp, just one, so to have "simulated" stereo on one speaker, in other words play both channels overlapping on one speaker, could I do this?
(https://acidmods.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi205.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fbb37%2Fmaxgreenie11%2Fspeakerdiagram.jpg&hash=81a0d6768cf59ea97a71855a14ca4022f6af2092)
The top speakers are the psp speakers which would be attached to the psp, and the bottom speaker is the one that I want to attach.
Would this work?

hmm i suppose so
-
it will work but you will loose stereo

Yes, I will lose true stereo, but I will have both of the stereo channels in one speaker, creating simulated stereo.
Thanks for the quick replies

Isn't that basically just Mono? :dntknw:
-
No, it is stereo combined in one speaker.
-
wich would make it a split mono signal as now both the left and right channels share the same signal. stereo is two different signals and wth the psp you probly wont notice the difference

The sound output should be fine, unless your not some kind of audio :censored:
