i will try to come up with the next SOTW butthis time there will be a twist - 2 pieces of art each and it will be put to the public vote and should there be a tie breaker or me and some other admins feel it is unfairly voted for then we shall decide. ultimatly the winner of this SOTW will get a 2-4 week trial as an art team leader in which they must think up a project be that a theme for something or a single piece of art that each member has worked on etc and bring it to completion to demonstrate there ability to not only manage the team and get them working to gether but to also make decisions and be creative and if they dont succeed we will hold another SOTW until we find a suitable leader. however it does depend on my time constraintes and wether i remember.

does that seem fair

I thought about it and do you really need a leader?
I mean would it not be more productive to just work as equals without someone dictating or soemthing, everyoen can give suggestions and it can be a proper discussion. I think that would be most beneficial. Tema work is a better thing to have, if everyoen inputs and isnt scared to voice their opinion then the art team would be more productive.
Now i jsut need to get well known enough to be part of it :D
