Title: PSX save games

So I got my 8gb memory stick today and one of the things I really wanted to do was to put the Final Fantasy 7 multi-disc on it, well here my problem now. I was using a single disc eboot of FF7 for the longest time because I didn't have enough room on my old memory card for the multi-disc eboot but now that I do I want to use my old save data on it. I don't want to start a new game, but I can't figure out how to switch the save data so I can use my old save data in the new multi-disc eboot. Anybody know how to do it?

is there a different way to do it without using psx emu on the pc? I can't do it that way because I have a mac
