Title: Is this wire ok?

This one reads :Rated 300 Volts,22 Guage, Stranded
I'm guessing I should use the first 2 becuase it is a silid and not stranded core?
And would any of these work?

Kynar is way better unless you are wanting to connect to something really really really small like NAND (internal flash) leads...

30AWG Kynar wire should work excellently for just about anything...

then click "Available at most stores, find it near you" half way down on right middle... it will tell you which stores have it..
