well the best would be dreamweaver and flash in my oppinion. But for basic web design I would just use frontpage or something

Dreamweaver is good for making web sites, but sometimes it formats the page wierd (like too much space at the top/bottom) which could probably be easily fixed if you know what you are doing (which i don't :wacko:)

yh i use dreamweaver but i hate it, had to use it for a school project and it makes performing simple like moving and inserted image very complicated. it works and can do some cool effects etc but it takes long time getting used to it, also its good if u know a little bit of coding, that will help alot

yeah, it seems proper hard. i know how to use it. i had to alter the html code just to get a youtube vid in.
