Title: Ds Green scratch

seccond is if the bottom ds screen is scratched is it the touch screen thats scratched or a layer above it?

It's the touch screen. Pretty much if that is scratched, then you can either replace the touch screen by itself or just keep it that way. How deep is the scratch?
