Title: MY FIRST TRANSACTION.. HOW TO MAKE IT SAFE

I want to use paypal.. How can I make the transaction safe...
is there like a rule of thumb or something like that?
do i make up a contract have him sign it then scan it back to me?
what ?

Grow a beard

In all seriousness you get a receipt with EVERY paypal transaction, and if its ebay or an online store you get a second receipt from the store if its a private store you still have a paypal invoice you can submit to consumer protection if you get scammed
