The is no need for a video tutorial, The original information should be suffice, if not then I don't recommend you try and do the mod

if your on ofw no it only supports 8gb with newest fw cfw yes d a added up to 256gb

please, dont post wrong information. currently ofw only supports upt to 32gb. i know this, because many members of am know this. hard drive mod?? after the update to support the 8gb memsticks, and it now supports 32gb.

no hard drive hes talkin bout a SD mem card and a adapter basicaly :tup:

no, i know what your sayin. plans for the hard drive originally didnt use ir shelll. it was an adapter. and we found out that doing this you couldnt go above a 32gb haard drive. it supports 32gb, not above.

hmm i might have misunderstood your post but psp can support up to 1024gb and run isos off the directory not 32 gb. and the first hdd for psp did use ir shell only way to view an external directory without programming a new app like hostcore or what ever its called

well there is a diagram about wireing in the orignal thread i suggest you read over it then this is a prety good pic of an install if you want to keep the mspd.

no, wasnt it that psps could support 4gb only, then sony made an update for the memory which gave its limit 32gb. and i mean when we was planning the hard drive before it was done.

no it was limited to 4 then 8 by sony and in 3.71 dark alex removed the cap there is no longer a limit in cfw. ofw is sitll limited to 16gb in 4.1 i believe. and no the hdd was done after 3.71 update to have no cap but who uses ofw and this is all stupid history only thing that matters is that now there is no limit
